The database has also been updated and now references over 50,000 objects, you can update online for free as before.
If you’re not already familiar with the skyscout its like having an expert astronomer in the palm of your hand. Just point and click for text and audio information on whatever you target. It works worldwide and even has a tonights highlights feature to give you the headsup on what makes good viewing for your location and time. You can use the skyscout as a guide too - tell it what you’re looking for and it will actually guide you to it!
