The database has also been updated and now references over 50,000 objects, you can update online for free as before.

It works worldwide and even has a tonights highlights feature to give you the headsup on what makes good viewing for your location and time. You can use the skyscout as a guide too - tell it what you’re looking for and it will actually guide you to it!
Incredibly useful for beginners classes too - everyone will want to have a go! This little gadget can seriously assist if you have a class of beginners and limited resources to teach with.
